crispy wings with celery sauced chicken recipe

* 8 chicken wings
* 1 or
* ~ 50 g sticks
* 50 g cheese
* salt and pepper
* thyme

Grind the sticks very well until you get a fine breadcrumbs that we put in a plate. In another plate, beat the egg very well with salt, pepper and thyme.

The cleaned, washed and well-dried wings are given through the egg, then rolled in breadcrumbs, covering them very well. If necessary, press by hand. The wings thus "dressed" are placed in a tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.

During baking, turn from side to side, browning evenly. When they are ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for a few more minutes, until the cheese melts.

* For the sauce:

* 1 small celery
* 2 cloves garlic
* 100 g sour cream
* salt and pepper

Celery is put on the grater with small eyes, the garlic is ground. Mix the celery with the garlic and mix together with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add sour cream, mix and adjust the taste of salt and pepper.

The crispy wings are served hot with a garnish of potatoes and celery sauce.
