* For cupcakes:
* 3 eggs
* 100 g sugar
* 100 g milk chocolate
* 100 g butter
* 50 ml milk
* 1 banana
* 1 cup and a half of flour
* 1 baking powder
* For decoration:
* 200 g dark chocolate
* 300 ml liquid cream
* chocolate balls
Melt the chocolate together with the butter over low heat or in the microwave, as it is easier for us. Leave to cool, then add the sugar and mix vigorously. Follow the eggs one at a time, mixing very well after each one. When we finish mixing the eggs, the composition must have doubled in volume. Add the mashed banana with a fork.
If you don’t have any whims in the area, you can cut it into larger pieces. 🙂
Pour the milk, mix and incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder. We will get a cake-like dough, the consistency of a thick cream.
Put the dough in molds, fill them 3/4 full and put them in the oven over medium heat until they brown, about 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven. Remove to a grill and leave to cool.
Prepare the cream before starting to prepare the cookies.
Melt the chocolate together with the liquid cream. Refrigerate for a few hours. When it has cooled very well and hardened, mix until you get a fluffy and chocolate cream. 🙂
We put the obtained cream in a pos and decorate it according to our preference.
