* 100 g flour
* 140 g food starch
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 100 g butter
* 100 g sugar
* 2 yolks
* rum and vanilla essence

* For the filling:

* 100 g dark chocolate
* 150 ml liquid cream
* For decoration:
* ground nut

The soft butter mixes well with the sugar. Add the rum and vanilla essences, then the yolks one by one, mixing well after each one. Then follow the dry ingredients, flour mixed with starch, eight powder and a pinch of salt. Knead a non-stick dough of plasticine consistency.

The dough is spread on the lightly floured table in a sheet about 0.5 cm thick, in even numbers. Cut circles into shapes. Using a wide-bladed knife, peel the circles off the table and transfer them to a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake over low heat until golden on the edges. Remove to a grill and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate cream . Melt the chocolate together with the liquid cream. Homogenize and let cool until it starts to thicken. After it cools, mix at high speed until you get a fluffy cream.

After the cookies have cooled, glue 2 by 2, grease the edges, then roll in ground walnuts.
