This chocolate cake was meant to be "Lava cake", but for some disturbing and a bit noisy reasons sometimes :)) I kept them in the oven longer than I should and the lava was no longer lava sir :))) But who Chocolate lovers are sure to easily get over this, especially if the cake will be drowned in a delicious leche sauce. And I'll tell you another secret… if you put them in the freezer for a while, then serve them with some whipped cream… they are a total delight.
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
Preparation Chocolate delicacy:
Eggs are mixed with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Add the sugar and mix until everything becomes like a cream. Add flour and mix. We will obtain a composition of the consistency of a thicker cream.
Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Homogenize and leave to cool. After it has cooled, add it in the egg cream in a few portions.
Grease the molds with butter, then pour the composition so as to fill about 3/4 of the height of the mold.
- I had disposable aluminum molds and 7 pieces came out.
Bake in the oven over medium to high heat (~ 200 C) for ~ 10 minutes (to get a real Lava Cake) or ~ 15 minutes to get what I got. :))
