There is nothing spectacular about this recipe, on the contrary, it is a dessert that is prepared too easily, too quickly, but the taste… is really spectacular and this is due to the absolutely wonderful ingredients: chocolate-raspberry and mint.

It is a fine, creamy, sweet and sour dessert, and the garden raspberry is simply wonderfully fragrant.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr biscuits with cocoa
  • 50 butter
  • 300 gr raspberries
  • 400 gr dark chocolate (minimum 52%)
  • 300 ml liquid cream
  • 50 gr butter
  • 5-6 chocolate bars with mint After 8
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

Rinse the raspberries lightly and let them drain.
A steam bath is being prepared. Heat the cream, add the chopped chocolate and butter. Leave on the steam bath until the ingredients melt and homogenize the composition. Set aside and leave to cool.
Grind the biscuits (I also used some leftover cocoa biscuits). Add the whole butter and knead with the biscuit breadcrumbs. Add a few tablespoons of chocolate cream. Homogenize the biscuit composition.
Line a tray with baking paper (I used a 20 x 20 cm square tray). Spread the biscuit breadcrumbs evenly. Pour a few tablespoons of chocolate cream. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Remove the tray from the refrigerator. Sprinkle raspberries over the entire surface, evenly. Pour the chocolate cream. Lightly beat the tray on the table top to place the cream evenly.
Coarsely chop a few chocolate bars with mint (to be cold) and sprinkle over the cream, from place to place. Optionally, you can sprinkle some chocolate chips.
Let the dessert cool for at least 1-2 hours.
Serve cold.
