To stay in the sphere of summer recipes, today I propose a quick dessert , dessert with yogurt cream and biscuits . No fire, no eggs and delicious beyond expectations 😉
- For the cream:
- 300 g fat yogurt
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 whipped cream hardener
- biscuits cut into pieces
- white and bitter chocolate flakes
Preparation Dessert with yogurt cream and biscuits:
Cream for whipped cream mix until it begins to gain consistency. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and whipped cream hardener. Mix until the cream becomes firm and fluffy.
Separately in another bowl, mix the yogurt a little, so that it becomes homogeneous. Add whipped cream and mix lightly until you get a fine cream.
In a glass we put pieces of biscuits and a layer of yogurt cream. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes and repeat the operation until we fill the glass.
Put the glasses in the fridge until ready to serve.
- The glasses can be put in the freezer for about 40-50 minutes and we will get an absolutely delicious semifreddo.
