When my oven broke I tried not to despair and to see the full side of the glass 😀, the fact that I will cook less and I will spend less in the kitchen. This was such a sweet delusion :)) because after a few days I had already started dreaming about how many homemade cakes and cakes, which were more and more creamy and appetizing.
With this dessert I tried to somehow deceive the craving for cakes and how we had to go to visit dear friends, it fell flat, not to go empty handed… 😉 And that's how I shot two rabbits from a fire! :))
- ~ 200 g simple biscuits
- For the cream:
- 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 200 ml cream for whipped cream / liquid whipped cream
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- vanilla essence
- a few blackberries (frozen)
- a little chocolate
Preparation Dessert with biscuits and cream cheese:
The biscuits are placed in a thicker bag and crushed with the help of a rolling pin or a sledgehammer, which you also have at hand. You set the fineness of the biscuit breadcrumbs, depending on how you like it… I also left larger pieces 😉
In a bowl put cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well enough to homogenize.
Separately mix the cream for the cream until it starts to take on consistency. Add the vanilla sugar and mix until the cream becomes fluffy. It is not necessary to be stiff, just to be fluffy.
Mix the 2 compositions and mix well until you get a firm cream.
We prepare 6 medium-sized glasses. We put a layer of biscuits, a layer of cream and a few blackberries. Repeat until the glasses are full, the last layer being the cream.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips and put the glasses in the fridge for about 2 hours.
If you want you can soak the biscuit breadcrumbs with a burnt sugar syrup or milk with sugar… I preferred it to be so, to be a contrast between the fine and delicate cream and the crunchy biscuits 😉
