Gogosi recipe from scalded dough
- * 125 ml water
- * 125 ml milk
- * 50 g butter
- * 1 tablespoon sugar
- * 3 eggs
- * vanilla essence
- * 150 g flour
Preparation Donuts from scalded dough:
Boil water, milk and butter, along with a pinch of salt. When it boils, add the flour, all at once and mix vigorously, so that no lumps form, until it begins to peel off the walls of the vessel.
Leave to cool, then add the vanilla essence and eggs one at a time, mixing very well after each one.
Put a teaspoon of dough and put in very hot oil. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Remove on an absorbent towel, then powder with sugar.
