I had been planning to make this donut recipe for a long time, but I kept postponing it. Robert hurriedly made this decision :)) when one day he felt the smell of donuts coming from school. And he prayed so nicely that I couldn't resist. :))
- 2 eggs
- 75 g old
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 250 ml of warm milk
- 50 g butter
- vanilla sugar
- 500 g flour
- 10 g dry yeast
- For the glaze:
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon susan
Preparation Donuts with honey and sesame:
Dissolve the yeast in a little milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar
Put the flour in a pan of the bread machine, make a hole in the middle and pour the dissolved yeast. Then add eggs, remaining sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, butter and a little milk. The framing + leavening program will be used. The result is an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
After the dough has risen and doubled in volume, take small pieces of dough, round them in the palms and fry them in a very hot oil bath. Fry over low heat on all sides, then remove on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Put the honey in a bowl over low heat and heat until liquid. Set aside and add the sesame seeds.
Each donut is passed through the glaze and placed on a plate.
