Gogosi recipe with yogurt and chocolate
- * For donuts:
- * 100 ml milk
- * 350 g yogurt
- * 2 eggs
- * 50 g sugar
- * 50 g butter
- * 10 g of dry yeast
- * ~ 800 g flour
- * vanilla essence
- * For the filling:
- * 100 g dark chocolate
- * 50 ml liquid cream
Preparation Donuts with yogurt and chocolate:
Melt the chocolate with the whipped cream, over low heat, without boiling. Homogenize, then leave to cool, until it hardens and the dough is ready to leaven.
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Beat the eggs well with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add melted and cooled butter, yogurt and essence.
We put the flour in the pan of bread machines, then we add the egg mixture, then the yeast dissolved in milk. Select the kneading + leavening program.
The dough is turned over on the floured table and divided into 2, we spread each piece in a thick sheet of about 0.5 cm thick.
On one of the sheets we put a teaspoon of chocolate, from place to place, then cover with the other sheet. We cut with a round shape of biscuits in such a way as to catch the chocolate lump in the middle.
Fry in hot oil over low heat. Remove on an absorbent towel, then powder with sugar. Serve hot.
