A few days ago I had a discussion with Robert, a small and dear chicken, about the economy and times of crisis. :)) I tried to explain that we can no longer buy Kinder eggs every day… and not a toy every time he collects 10 polka dots, to negotiate at least 20. :)) And finally he asks me:
“Mommy, but why do we need money?
“Well, for Santa” upss… I was making a serious mistake :))
“But Santa doesn’t need money, because he has a toy factory” :))
“No, he doesn’t need money, but we need money to prepare a big and rich meal, as it deserves” ha ha… I got out :))
Eiii… and after this discussion I was left with a thought… “what do we feed Santa?” :)) What Christmas dishes we will prepare and especially what cake recipes. :)) And if I still started browsing the blog, I will make this special post for you, my faithful readers, to help you with some Christmas recipes, suitable for the holiday table.
Boats with mushrooms
Bulgarian potatoes with cheese
Onion basket with Boeuf salad
Eggs stuffed in mayonnaise sauce
Chicken fillet in bacon
As a main course we can try besides a clear chicken soup and the traditional sarmale :
Trout in bacon
Pork fillets in puff pastry
Pork tenderloin braided with garlic sauce
Pepper crust muscle
Roast the pan
Sweets all kinds … the part I like the most :)))… I would like to do many many :))
We wish you from the bottom of our hearts Happy Holidays and Santa Claus to fill your Christmas tree with gifts and hearts with joy, listening to Christmas carols.
