Yogurt and raisin pie
- 900 g yogurt (10% fat)
- 8 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 500 g pie sheets
- 80 g melted butter
- 150 g raisins
- 30 g gray
- 70 ml oil
- vanilla essence (1 tbsp)
- a pinch of salt

When you have a craving for a Serbian pie, but you don't have time to make it or you want a simpler recipe, this is an easy one to put into practice.
Start by counting those yogurt pie sheets in which you will place the filling. You need a packet of 500 g sheets. They must be divided into three, to place between their layers the cream you are going to make.
To make the necessary composition that will be placed between the sheets on this yogurt pie, you must first add to a bowl: eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and salt. To go further with this cheese and yogurt pie, you have to mix all these ingredients very well, then, over them, add the yogurt (previously kept at room temperature) and the semolina.
What you are going to do to continue this yogurt pie is to place one sheet at a time in the tray, greasing it with a mixture made of melted butter and oil. Do this with 1/3 of the sheets, then sprinkle half of the raisins on them, in a uniform layer and then half of the composition made for this cake with yogurt and raisins.
Then, place the cream on top of the nougat, the same, each of them greased with butter and oil, then add the remaining raisins, but also the yoghurt composition, so that you keep a little to pour on top (about a polish).
To finish this dessert, put in the tray the last state with sheets (greased with the mixture of butter and oil) and over the pour the remaining cream and spread it as evenly as possible.
This yogurt cream cake is baked for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Before, the oven must be heated.
It is preferable to serve this yogurt pie cold. Over it, you can optionally add powdered sugar.
This recipe is suitable for the moments when you feel like a pie with yogurt and cheese, but you do not have all the ingredients in the house, when you want to make a Greek cake or simply to serve a dessert that is easy to make and very tasty. .
