It's been about 2 weeks since I've eaten meat. NO, I will not plead for any particular cause, I have no good reason to do so. It was simply a decision that came naturally, a decision to take much more advantage of greens, fresh vegetables and fruits and especially certain foods that so far I have ignored and have not found their place. to me in the kitchen.
I have bought avocado several times before, but so far I have not discovered its true value and flavor. I didn't really know how to prepare it apart from the salad :)) but Cristi Roman got me out of trouble with this avocado omelette recipe, absolutely delicious.
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 well baked avocado
- 40 g Brie cheese
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- a few basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Preparation Avocado omelet:
Avocado is cut into cubes. So is Brie cheese. Place over beaten eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Add the finely chopped basil and flax seeds.
Flax seeds are "broken" in a mortar or ground.
Pour the mixture into a pan in which we heated a little olive oil and cook the omelette over medium heat on both sides.
Pour on a plate sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot, with tomatoes and salad.
Good appetite! 😉
