My dear ones, I have returned to my kitchen, which now seems small, small and poor (not that it wouldn't be, be it between us :)))) after Monday I cooked in the Electrolux kitchen , together with Gabi (Pope Good) and Angelica from ardei-iute.ro, assisted, supported and encouraged by the GoodFood and Electrolux team. Angelica had as a guest Loredana, one of the Cheerful Chefs , a really cheerful and helpful present.
Each of us cooked his recipe, helped by the Electrolux super equipment. An absolutely wonderful induction hob and some dream ovens, which almost cook on their own. :)) I have been dreaming about them since Monday and I think that anyone would want them in their own kitchen.
Besides the fact that we cooked, we laughed and had fun… in the end we also ate. :)) Although the time was quite late, I enjoyed the prepared dishes
The chicken terrines with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and pumpkin, asparagus with prosciutto, tomatoes with garlic and garlic sauce with sour cream and capers cooked by Angelica were a delight. A delicious dish, with which you will delight your guests, at any festive meal.
I cooked the lasagna with chicken . I leave the assessments to the discretion of the nurse. :)))
And what we all waited for with all our heart and trembling with emotions and lusts, was Gabriela's dessert, Baked Alaska , an absolutely sensational dessert.
The words are too few to be able to put into words the atmosphere we had during the evening. I think that the pictures taken by Catalin Voicu at this event speak for themselves. 🙂
