When you don't have much time or you lack the yeast in the house, try this yogurt cake recipe. You can also bake the dough in the form of homemade bread 🙂
Preparation of yogurt cakes:
Baking soda and salt are mixed with a little flour, then put over yogurt. Knead, adding flour, little by little, until you get a dough similar to bread.
The obtained dough is left to rest for a quarter of an hour, after which it is cut into pieces. Each piece of dough is spread in oiled hands or on the table, as it is easier.
Bake in a pan, without oil, on both sides.
