* 320 ml water
* 120 g wholemeal flour
* 100 g of rye flour
* 250 g white flour
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 teaspoons of dried yeast
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
We put the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the following order: water, salt
Then add the flour and dry yeast.
Select the kneading + leavening program.
At the end of the program, we stop the machine, take out the dough on the well-floured table.
We give it a round shape and cut it with a sharp knife on the middle.
Put the bread in a warm place, in a tray lined with baking paper, until it doubles in volume.
Bake for half an hour.
