* 4 slices of wholemeal bread
* 4 slices of chicken ham
* 4 slices of cheese
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* 3 cloves garlic
* salt and pepper
First we prepare the tomato sauce. Tomatoes (can be peeled, if desired) put in a blender and mix with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut the ham and cheese into cubes.
Place the slices of bread in a tray lined with baking paper.
We put the tomato sauce on each slice,
then distribute the ham cubes
Put an olive and put the tray in the oven over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and browns slightly.
