A recipe for a sweet, tasty and easy to prepare product is the fasting blackberry that tempts you with a very good taste, even from ingredients that you can find at hand in the kitchen or pantry at any time. You can serve fluffy blackberries both when you are fasting and when you do not have milk or eggs at home or if you follow a vegan diet, for example. You can make a topping of chocolate, icing, you can powder it with sugar or cocoa, coconut, candy or you can syrup the fasting blackberry with walnut and jam or make a blackberry with cream, like a cake, there are many things that can slightly changes the appearance or even the taste, a little.
The brownie recipe is simple to make, the first step being to weigh your ingredients well, so as not to mistake the texture and not to leave the blackberry dough with jam or to become too hard or to dry after cooling. It is preferable to get a soft, slightly moist dough, rich in the sweetness of the jams put in the composition, black with walnuts being an ideal fasting option.
In the first phase, you will put in a bowl water, oil and sugar that you mix well with a whisk, until the sugar for fasting blackberry with jam dissolves, in order to keep the resulting dough sufficiently aerated and not to strengthen too much or let go too hard and become rocky.
In another bowl, mix the baking powder with flour and cocoa for the fasting blackberry, then add them over the above liquid. Using a whisk or a mixer, homogenize the composition very well, without leaving lumps in the dough for fasting blackberries, then add the jam and mix once more.
Continue adding the fluffy and creamy blackberries and dried fruits (or chopped fasting chocolate, if you want), mixing well with a whisk or spatula, to homogenize.
Pour the blackberry with walnuts into a tray lined with baking paper and level, turn on the stove with electric oven ( here are some examples compared ) , to heat a little, until it reaches a temperature of 200 degrees, after which insert the respective tray and leave the fasting blackberry to bake for 35 – 40 minutes on medium heat (at 200 degrees in an electric oven). You can check if the blackberry has been prepared with jam by the toothpick test.
After removing it from the oven, let the blackberry with the fasting chocolate cool down, after which you can cut it as you wish or as your shape allows.
Blackberry with jam and chocolate icing can be served plain or with a tea or coffee, for example. As for the decoration, you can leave the blackberry simple, you can sprinkle it with sugar powder on top, you can add coconut, cocoa, jams or jams, you can make the blackberry with cocoa glaze or a white one or even put whipped cream or meringue. You can also turn it into a cake top, using a syrupy blackberry over which you put the desired cream and decorate it to your heart's content.
