Honestly, it’s so, but so fine and good, that I don’t think anyone could say: I don’t like it!

A few years ago, a friend and colleague brought this Easter to our office, prepared at home by her mother. Everyone praises her.

Recently, I wanted to try this recipe and I present myself today in front of you with the absolute sensational result!

I made small changes to the recipe. Fine Easter with sour cream, sugar-free recipe turned out to be a mega delicacy!

I am very grateful because this recipe was shared with me, but also with the ingredients that combined so harmoniously and led to this tasty fa-bu-los Easter!

Instead of sugar, I used powdered sweetener from Green Sugar, and flavored it with lemon peel and vanilla-flavored powdered sweetener, also from Green Sugar.

For this recipe, you must make a homemade dough. Next time I will prepare homemade dough.

This time I prepared with the base of digestive biscuits.

Start the oven, at 180 degrees C, bake with ventilation.

In a bowl, put the ground biscuits, add the melted butter. Mix the breadcrumbs well with the butter until you get a sandy crust.

Wallpaper the base of the baking tin with this breadcrumbs, spread evenly. Set aside or put in the oven for a few minutes.

For the filling, separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Whisk the egg whites with a mixer.

In a large bowl, mix sour cream, egg yolks, a pinch of salt, sweetener, lemon peel. Incorporate semolina and sifted flour. In the cream composition, gradually add the egg whites, mixing from the bottom up.

The obtained composition is poured slightly over the biscuit top. Level it nicely and put it in the oven, in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees C, for 70 – 80 minutes, until it browns and smells nice, baked.

Turn off the heat, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes, then remove and leave to cool.

The next day, carefully remove from the form and powder with aromatic sweetener.

Serve and serve with your eyes closed!
