Fish paste recipe and calorie rich breakfast

In recent days we have been sick, from small to large. 🙁 So between all the trips to the hospital, the condition given by the disease… I no longer had the strength to cook. I missed this a lot, but after the diet period I will force my way into the kitchen. :)) Especially now that we are not allowed to eat too much, we come up with ideas and recipes. :))

Today's recipe is one I made some time ago, but since it's never too late, here's an idea for an appetizer suitable for any festive meal. And not only. 😉 For this fish paste I used some puff pastry baskets, but it can also be served on crispy bread slices or choux or simply in small bowls.

Fish paste recipe and calorie rich breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 100 g fillets of herring
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 small red onion
  • lemon juice
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

The fish fillet drains well from the oil. We then put it in a bowl together with the rest of the ingredients and pass it with the vertical mixer until smooth.

Salt if necessary, pepper and adjust the sour taste, all depending on personal taste.

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. :))
