Since school started, I also started to experiment with various combinations to get delicious cookies , only good for lunch. These chocolate and almond cakes are good and nutty next to mommy's coffee. Parol! :)))
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 or
- 200 g flour
- 30 g ground almonds
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
Preparation Chocolate and almond cakes:
Separately mix the flour with the ground almonds, a pinch of salt, baking powder and chocolate cut into pieces with a knife. Incorporate the mixture into the butter cream and mix well.
The composition will be quite soft and sticky, but after a few hours (the more the better) sitting in the refrigerator will harden considerably.
We break pieces of dough, form balls and flatten them slightly by hand and place them in the tray lined with baking paper, at a distance from each other.
Put the tray in the oven over medium heat, for 10-15 minutes, until the biscuits start to brown slightly on top. Carefully remove from the baking paper and place on a grill to cool.
When they are warm, they are soft, but after they cool they harden and become crispy.
