I don’t know why I wasn’t too excited when I first did them. Today, according to Laura A’s recipe and together with my help Breville Panini Maker, I made these pancakes that I immediately devoured. And not because I was hungry! :))))

ingredients

  • 1 small beet of about 100 g
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 or
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 100 g flour
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 150 g Almette cream cheese

Preparation Fluffy pancakes with beets and cream cheese:

Boil the beets in salted water. Allow to cool, then mix in the robot with the garlic, oil, egg and milk. Over the obtained composition add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
