Recipe French fries
- * 5 medium potatoes
- * 4 eggs
- * 250 g sour cream
- * 50 g melted butter
- * salt and pepper
Preparation French potatoes:
The well-washed potatoes are boiled in salted water until they can be pierced with a fork.
Boil eggs for 10 minutes (since the water starts to boil).
- In order to be better cleaned of the peel, eggs and potatoes, immerse for a few seconds in cold water.
Peel eggs and potatoes and cut into suitable slices.
In a heat-resistant bowl well greased with butter, put a thin layer of sour cream, a layer of potato slices, then a layer of egg slices. Cover with a generous layer of sour cream, sprinkle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Repeat the operation until the potato slices and eggs are finished, the last layer being sour cream. Put the rest of the melted butter and put it in the oven over medium heat, until it browns slightly on top.
