A pie that we can easily call pizza, if we have whimsy at the table :)))
A delicacy with which you will delight your diners, which goes served cold as an appetizer or hot. And necessarily accompanied by a glass of wine. :))

For the dough:

150 ml water
5 g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
~ 250-300 g flour
Dissolve the yeast with a little warm water, add the oil, salt, sugar and the rest of the water. Add the flour a little and knead the dough until it comes off the bowl. Leave the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.

I put all the ingredients in the bread machine, in the kneading + leavening program.

For the filling:

1 chicken breast
1 onion
1 carrot
1 or
1/2 cup turns white
1/2 glass of tomato juice
green parsley
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
oregano
~ 100 g cheese

Chicken breast is chopped. Add the chopped parsley and garlic. Finely chop the onion and put it in a few tablespoons of olive oil, together with the carrot given on the grater with small mesh. Add the minced meat, wine and tomato juice. Let it boil until the juice decreases and the meat is done. During cooking, add a little oregano and the taste of salt and pepper matches. Leave to cool then mix with egg.

Pour the dough on the lightly floured table and spread a sheet of about 0.5 cm thick, which we put in a tray (20/30 cm) greased with oil and lined with flour.

Put the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese on a large grater,

and cover with strips that we cut from the rest of the dough.

Put the pan in the oven over medium heat until golden brown. It is portioned as desired.
