A baking form is being prepared. I baked in a rectangular shape. This amount of dough is enough for a 20 x 20 cm tray.
Put the diced cold butter, finely ground almonds, wheat flour and sweetener in a bowl. Stir gently by hand, adding a few tablespoons of cold water. Stir until smooth, then wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Start the oven at 160 degrees C.
Remove the dough from the cold. Spread in a thin layer, place in the baking tray. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs. Then place each half of the plum face down. After they are all set, sprinkle the spices, a little sweetened.
The pecans are coarsely chopped, keeping a few whole for garnish. Sprinkle over plums.
Bake the tray in the preheated oven at 160 degrees C, bake up and down with ventilation for 15 minutes. When lightly browned and smelling nice, turn off the heat. Leave for another 5 minutes, then remove from the oven. Leave to warm.
It can be served garnished with merdenchi (grape molasses) which has a wonderful taste, perfectly completes the autumn aroma.
It is a sensational tart that was eaten immediately to the last piece.
May it be useful to you!
