* 2 bananas
* 50 gr butter
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* Chocolate mousse:
* 100 gr dark chocolate
* 60 gr sugar
* 1 tablespoon water
* 15 gr butter
* 2 yolks
* Decor:
* chocolate sauce
Melt the sugar with the water over low heat. Pour the obtained syrup over the 2 yolks, put the bowl in a bain-marie and mix until you get a clear and frothy cream. Add the soft butter at room temperature and mix. Add the chocolate and mix until the composition turns into a compact mass. The obtained composition is spread in a 1 cm thick sheet, after which we put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

From this sheet we will cut various shapes.

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise, peel them, keeping the whole skin and cut them into pieces.
In a pan, melt the butter together with the sugar and when it gets a golden color, add the banana pieces, which you fry for about 1 minute, on both sides, until they brown a little and soften.
Put in the banana peels and sprinkle with chocolate sauce.
