I invite you to an absolutely delicious seasonal cake, which you can prepare with any fruit you like.
320 ml milk
1 sachet of vanilla pudding
4 tablespoons caster sugar
For the dough:
4 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
100 g powdered sugar
100 gr flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
20 g extra black cocoa
Method of preparation:
First prepare the pudding from the milk, caster sugar and the pudding sachet. It is then left to cool.
Wash the fruit. Plums and pears are cut into thin slices.
Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with the salt powder.
Mix the yolks with half the ground sugar. The rest of the sugar is added over the egg whites and mixed until a glossy and firm meringue is obtained.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa. Sift the mixture over the yolks alternating with the meringue and mix gently with a spatula, from the bottom up.
Add the pudding from place to place, using a spoon.
