Because today is a hot day, we have prepared an apricot and peach sorbet. With intense fruit taste, flavored with a little mint… a wonderful dessert.
2 mint leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brandy
2 tablespoons cold water
Cut the fruit into suitable pieces and place in the bowl of the vertical blender. Pour cold water, brandy and sugar on top. Add the mint leaves and pass everything until you get an excellent fruit puree.
- The fruit can be peeled if it bothers you
- It would be preferable for the fruits to be cold, previously kept in the refrigerator and well cooked
- Add more sugar, if you think it is necessary
Pour the fruit puree in a saucepan and put in the freezer for about 3-4 hours, during which time at intervals of 20-30 minutes, remove the bowl and stir to break the ice needles.
