* 2 well-ripened bananas (ie not green)
* 1 tablespoon starch
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* vanilla essence
* milk (will be replaced with mineral water in the case of the fasting variant)

* To be served:

* 50 g dark chocolate

Mix in a bowl the flour with the starch, sugar (preferably powder), cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Then pour the cold milk, little by little, until we get a dough of a consistency similar to that of pancakes. Season with vanilla and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Peel a banana and grate it. Pass each slice of banana through the dough, on both sides, then fry it in a pan greased with a little oil. Fry on both sides, then remove on an absorbent towel. Cut the banana slices as we fry them, so they don't oxidize.

Serve hot with melted chocolate. They can be served powdered with sugar or plain, accompanied by an ice cream.
