* 120 g dark chocolate
* 2 tablespoons whipped cream
* For the filling:
* 75 ml water
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 40 g sugar
* 60 g butter
* 130 g milk powder
In the tall bowl from the vertical mixer we put hot water, honey, sugar and butter. Mix until the sugar melts and mixes. Add the powdered milk and mix until everything becomes a fine cream. Pour the cream into a bowl and add the coconut until it reaches the desired consistency.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave together with the liquid cream. Then homogenize with a brush and apply in a layer of chocolate on silicone forms. Put in the freezer for a few minutes until it hardens, then apply another coat and put it back in the freezer. We repeat the operation whenever it is necessary to obtain a thick layer of chocolate.
Fill the forms with coconut cream, then apply another layer of chocolate. I gave up the last operation, I left the candies bottomless :)) that I was already painted all with chocolate and my son as well. :))
Put the forms back in the freezer for a few minutes, then carefully remove the candies, which we will put on special papers. It would be preferable to put the candies directly on the papers, not to leave fingerprints on the chocolate.
