Ghoriba recipe (Moroccan cookies)
- * 2 eggs
- * 50 g butter
- * 40 ml oil
- * 150 g sugar
- * vanilla essence
- * 350 g flour
- * 1 teaspoon baking powder
- * powdered sugar for rolling cookies
Preparation Ghoriba (Moroccan cookies):
Melt the butter, then mix it with the oil and vanilla essence and pour over the egg cream. Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix. We put the obtained dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
We form balls about the size of a walnut, which we roll in sugar in abundance. We put them in a tray lined with baking paper
and bake on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
