Gingerbread with cocoa |
* 100 g butter
* 100 g sugar
* 1 or
* 1 tablespoon cocoa
* 175 g flour
* 1/2 teaspoon ginger
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1 baking powder
Sift the flour together with the spices, cocoa and baking powder.
Add the butter cut into small pieces and rub until a granular composition is obtained, like crumbs.
Add the egg and sugar and knead the dough quickly.
Let cool for 2 hours.
Spread on the floured table and cut into shapes. Bake for about 15 minutes on medium heat (180 C).
After they have cooled, they are decorated according to their preference.
