Lemon icing cookies

* 1 or
* 150 g butter
* 100 g sugar
* 100 g white chocolate
* vanilla essence
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 250 g flour
Melt the chocolate over low heat with a tablespoon of milk or whipped cream. Homogenize and leave to cool.

The soft butter at room temperature mixes with the sugar until it becomes like a cream. Add the egg and mix well. Then add the cooled chocolate, the essence and at the end the flour mixed with the baking powder. Let it cool for at least 1 hour, during which time the dough will harden considerably.

On the lightly floured table, spread the dough into a thin sheet of about half a cm, then cut into the desired shapes.

Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper

* For the glaze:

* lemon juice
* 100 g old powder

Put the sugar in a bowl, then start putting the lemon juice, stirring constantly. Add the juice until you bring the icing to the desired consistency.

The sugar for the icing would be indicated to be from the "to buy" one, the icing comes out finer, but it also goes with the very finely ground one at home.

The baked and cooled cookies are passed through the glaze, then they are put on a grill to dry.
