We cut out a paper pattern for the house according to the dimensions we want. The dough is enough for a fairly large house and a support to stand on. I preferred instead of support to make some ornaments for a smaller fir tree that I made in the kitchen.
We spread the dough in a sheet of max 5 mm and cut according to the pattern we made directly on baking paper. We notched the door, but we did not cut it before baking so as not to deform.

Bake in turn in the preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes for the shapes we cut. Be careful not to burn them. Let the molds cool well before assembling them.
Prepare the icing (Royal icing) by mixing the egg whites at room temperature with powdered sugar, lemon juice and a teaspoon of water. If necessary, add up to 3 teaspoons of water.
Pour the icing into a pos. We glue the walls in turn, then the roof. We use glasses or other objects to support the house until the glaze hardens.

We decorate the house according to our imagination.
