* 1 chicken breast (with bone)
* 2 carrots
* 1 small celery
* 1 onion
* 1 bell pepper
* green parsley
* 2 yolks
* 200 g sour cream
* ~ 50 g of rice
* 1 lemon
The chicken breast is deboned, cut into cubes and boiled together with the breast basket. If you also use some meat with bone, like legs or wings, I think it will be much better.
The vegetables are cleaned, then, depending on everyone's preference, they are put whole to boil, then they are passed on or grated. Or half are grated, half are boiled whole. :)) I hope I didn't confuse you too much. :)) I boiled them whole.
When the meat and vegetables are cooked, take them out on a plate. Strain the juice. If necessary, choose the meat from the bones and pass the vegetables. Put the mashed meat and vegetables in the juice and cook again. When it boils again, add the rice. We match the taste of salt.
Mix the yolks with the sour cream. Homogenize the composition well, then with a polish pour a little of the hot juice, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into the pan with the soup, add the green parsley, wait until the soup reaches the boiling point again and set aside.
Lemon juice can be added directly to the soup or put each in the plate at the time of serving.
Serve hot, with homemade braided bread .
