* 1 chicken breast
* salt and pepper
* basil and sage
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

* For the sauce:

* 500 g baked peppers
* 1 hot pepper
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 onion
* 6 cloves garlic
* 1 cup tomato juice

Wash the chicken breast and cut into thick slices. Put the pieces of meat on a plate, season to taste with salt, pepper, basil and sage. Pour over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the pepper sauce. Peppers, tomatoes and tomatoes are cooked on a grill. As the peppers cook, keep them in a covered bowl, sprinkle with salt.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté a little in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the onion has become transparent, add the diced tomatoes, the tomato juice, the sliced peppers and the diced hot pepper. The taste of salt and pepper is adjusted and a few more boils are given.
