* pork neck
* olive oil
* White wine
Sprinkle the meat with chopped garlic and spices.
Add a few tablespoons of olive oil, then drown it in wine.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.
We put the meat on the grill and fry it well on both sides.
Serve hot, with your favorite garnish.
And definitely with a cold beer. :))
