Since I have the Regis Stone grill, I have started to prepare various things, it even makes my cooking easier and faster. I’m not saying I don’t depend on the weather to prepare a delicious barbecue, right on my stove.
The special, non-stick coating, with a hot stone effect, prevents the food from sticking to the walls of the vessel, plus there is no need for additional fat.
Of course you can add oil or water, but only if you want.
The thickness of 4 mm makes the Regis Stone Griddle Pan very scratch-resistant and durable.
I like that it is big, spacious, I prepared 4 burgers at a time , I fried 3 portions of quite large mackerel , and now 6 skewers at once and there was room :))
The case, made of forged aluminum, ensures excellent thermal conductivity and guarantees the strength and durability of the Regis Stone Griddle Pan .
I have tested many vessels over time, Teflon, ceramic, but none have withstood the test of time or long use. I say with all my heart that the Regis Stone vessels I have been using for a long time have proven their durable quality and I recommend them with the utmost confidence.

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr boneless turkey breast
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3-4 elongated potatoes
  • cherry tomatoes (mix varieties)
  • 1 red kapia pepper
  • 1 orange red pepper
  • salt
  • sweet Boya
  • garlic powder
  • 2 lg sunflower oil

Preparation

Cut the turkey meat into suitable cubes. Sprinkle with a little oil and lemon juice, season with salt, paprika, garlic powder and marinate cold.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut into suitable cubes, about the size of meat cubes. Cook a little steamed or boiled, season with butter and salt and set aside.
The vegetables are cleaned, washed and cut into suitable cubes. The zucchini is sliced into rounds.
Prepare a few skewer sticks, grease with a little oil.
Remove the meat from the cold, alternately stick the ingredients on a skewer stick. Set it aside.
Heat the Regis Stone grill . Place the skewers on the entire surface of the grill.
Don’t be scared if you see them too browned, it is the paprika that burns first, but the meat will be juicy.
Turn on the other side, let it fry until the meat penetrates well.
Remove the skewers on a wood chipper, let them rest for a few minutes, then serve with hot sauce or as desired.
These skewers are absolutely great, they also have a garnish included and they cook extremely fast. All you need is a good grill to which the ingredients do not stick, even in the absence of fat.
