grilled wild turkey rolls

For today, I propose a seemingly trivial recipe , but because the final product is a very good one, with a perfect taste, it deserves to be brought to your attention 😉

These au gratin turkey rolls are very easy to prepare, and the turkey breast can be replaced with chicken breast if you don't or don't like it.

  • 4 slices of turkey breast
  • 4 slices of soft cheese with mascarpone and pepper
  • 4 basil leaves
  • salt
  • garlic flakes and hot peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Preparation Grilled turkey rolls:

The slices of turkey breast are lightly beaten with a sledgehammer. Season to taste with salt, hot pepper flakes and garlic flakes. Place a slice of cheese, a large basil leaf on each slice of meat and roll tightly.

  • Soft cheese with mascarpone and pepper is an assortment of cheese that I found at Lidl. The texture is similar to melted cheese, but it's better and I like that it's ready portioned. If you don't have one, you can use any other type of cheese you like.

We put the rolls in a heat-resistant bowl greased with oil and we pour over eggs well beaten with salt and pepper and in which we incorporated the cream.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake on medium heat until lightly browned on top.

Serve hot with french fries and iceberg lettuce with tomatoes.
