
* 5 potatoes
* ~ 100 g flavored butter

Ideally, these potatoes should be cooked in their skins. I cleaned them, because I didn't find any very good-looking potatoes.
After you have cleaned or washed them very well, if you prefer the option of cooking in the shell, with a sharp knife cut very thin slices in width, but not to the bottom.
To do this very easily put the potato in a spoon, the edges of the spoon will stop the knife from going all the way to the base. 😉
In each cut, put a little flavored butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Place in a heat-resistant dish, then put in the oven over medium heat for about 1 hour. Try it with a fork.
Serve hot.
