Ingredients:

  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 100 ml of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cana faina
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate balls

Preparation Cocoa waffles:

Mix the dry yeast, water, sugar and salt in a bowl and set aside for ~ 15 minutes, until the mixture is basic.
Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle and pour the yeast mixture. We start mixing with a whisk. While mixing, add the eggs one by one, then the butter. The dough obtained will be softer than a loaf of bread. Or thicker than the cake. :)))
Cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place until it doubles in volume. Lightly incorporate the chocolate balls and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the waffle form. Put the dough in a hot form with a teaspoon

Bake for about 5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve hot, powdered with sugar.

You can stick 2 by 2 with a chocolate cream, as in honeycombs , but I didn't get it. The dwarves gnawed at them as I took them out of shape. :))
