Homemade pizza recipe

Homemade pizza is a recipe that reminds of childhood and is nostalgic for every generation, and that "pizza with everything" is hungry and has a very good taste, if you prepare it properly. The dough is very important, because it is the one that represents the base from which the tastes start.
In general, a pizza with an Italian top uses the best quality flour, with a low degree of granulation, the end result being a light and thin crust, not the "slice of bread" that many Romanians are used to. However, not infrequently, Romanians ask for a fluffy and thick countertop when ordering, so this homemade pizza recipe will suit those tastes.
For a tender and fluffy pizza top, first mix the yeast with a little warm water and sugar, leaving it for at least 5 minutes to activate and allow the dough to rise.
Meanwhile, sift the flour into a bowl, after which you will add the yeast mixture for a fluffy and fragile pizza dough in the middle, to form like a volcano from where you will start mixing with your hands, reaching to knead the product very well for to form an elastic texture, putting, from time to time, a little oil, to maintain the elasticity in this pizza dough recipe.
Form a ball of this pizza top quickly and cover the bowl very well, leaving it for at least 30 minutes to rise. How to make pizza dough, you can spread the sheet according to the tray in which it will be placed.

Let it rise for about 20 minutes and put it in the hot oven at 200 – 220 degrees, for up to 20 minutes, until it browns on top, taking care not to burn underneath.
The top of this preparation will be thick and fluffy, but it will stay soft. If you want it to be thinner, you will divide the dough in two and make two simple daisy pizzas, with tomato sauce and mozzarella, with fresh basil leaves on top, at the end, or a quattro formaggi pizza in which to put different types of cheese. , if you don't have the ones specific to the Italian recipe.
