A very popular dessert due to its special taste: from eggs, sugar, milk and a little vanilla, how can it not be good? It can be garnished with whipped cream and various fruits, according to your preferences.
- 6 eggs
- 700 ml of milk
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Melt 5 tablespoons of sugar over low heat until it becomes yellow-rusty, then line the walls of a ceramic tray or pan in which to bake the cream and melted sugar.
Mix eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar and continue to mix until dissolved. Add the milk and mix a little more, then pour into a baking dish and place in a tray that we fill with hot water. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, check the cream with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the cream is ready. If not, leave it for another 5-10 minutes and check again.
Allow to cool, then turn over on a plate and serve with whipped cream.
