I prepared homemade chocolate in all sorts of ways , but this is by far the best. :))
* 250 g sugar
* 250 g milk powder
* 200 g butter
* 50 g cocoa
* 150 ml water
* free of rum
We boil water and sugar. After it boils, let it boil for a few more minutes, until the foam accumulates on top and the syrup flows thicker from the spoon.
Add the butter and mix well until it melts and mixes.
Remove from the heat and add the powdered milk mixed with cocoa. After all the milk has been incorporated, add the chopped walnuts and the rum essence.
The obtained composition is spread on baking paper or in a tray greased with butter, to the desired thickness.
and refrigerate until hardened, then portioned as desired.
