Well, we found ourselves in 2012, my dears. I hope we have a better year than the last, that God will give us more health and more wisdom. I would also need some time… and some patience… :))
Although I didn't cook much for these holidays, as I did in recent years, and inevitably threw away a lot of food, I still didn't have free time and I didn't manage to be here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the wishes you have made for me. I hug you and I wish you all the best.
I will serve you today with a homemade chocolate . For those who don't want it served only virtually, the door is wide open :))
Although I kept making homemade chocolate in different variants , this variant presented by Gabi was missing from my collection :)) And as there is not much celebration without homemade chocolate, I did not miss the opportunity to implement it. Thanks Gabi !
- 1 pack of large Neapolitan sheets
- 240 ml water
- 500 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 60 g black cocoa
- 700 g of Raraul milk powder
- esenta de rom
- vanilla essence
Preparation Homemade chocolate in wafer sheets:
Boil water and sugar in a bowl. Boil until the sugar dissolves, about 2-3 minutes after the water starts to boil. Add the butter and mix until it melts and the syrup is homogenized.
The powdered milk is sifted and divided into 2 bowls. Put cocoa in one of them and mix.
Pour the syrup evenly in the 2 bowls, add the rum essence in the cocoa composition, the vanilla essence in the white one and mix well. The composition will be soft, but will harden as it cools.
We put the chocolate on the wafer sheets, alternating the layers. Cover with cling film and leave to cool, placing a weight on top. After it has hardened enough, portion it as desired.
The homemade chocolate recipe was also tried by Felicia and it turned out very, very well. I invite you to try it too. 🙂
