- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 50 ml Sheridan's liqueur
How to prepare homemade chocolate with condensed milk:
The broken chocolate pieces are put in a bowl together with the condensed milk and butter. Put the pot on low heat or in a bain-marie and boil until the chocolate melts, without boiling. Homogenize and set aside. After it cools down a bit, add the liqueur.
The liqueur can be replaced with rum or any other flavor you like. You can also add nuts, hazelnuts or pistachios. I preferred the simple option, but you will do as you like. 😉
Wallpaper a tray with cling film and pour the chocolate. Level well with a spoon, cover with foil and refrigerate until it hardens well and can be portioned.
