Today, I greet you on the blog with a simple and easy recipe for homemade coffee biscuits, and if you are a coffee fan, you will surely like it.

These homemade coffee cookies are absolutely delicious, tender and go great with morning coffee or even with a black tea.
I like homemade biscuits with poppy seeds and lemon , biscuits with cocoa , biscuits with oatmeal , I all like them. And I like to make all kinds of cookies and cookies for my dwarfs.
They are wonderful, fragrant, and when I took them out of the oven, they smelled of roasted coffee everywhere… I melted!

Ingredients:

  • 170 gr butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 60 gr powdered sugar
  • 2 lg filled with nutella
  • 2 lg instant coffee
  • 1 lg black cocoa
  • 200 gr flour (+/- 20 gr)
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda knife
  • 2 lg sweet milk
  • chocolate chips

Method of preparation:

Soft butter, a pinch of salt and sugar are mixed with a whisk until frothy. Add two tablespoons of nutella, coffee, cocoa. Mix a little, then add the baking soda and the two tablespoons of milk. Incorporate, then add the flour and mix enough to homogenize the composition.

* Depending on the type of flour, it may be necessary to add another 20 gr, it is important to make a compact dough, but malleable, not very hard .

Add the chocolate chips and knead lightly by hand. Leave the dough to cool for 20 minutes.
Start the oven at 160 degrees C. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Remove the dough from the cold, spread it in a layer of 1.5 cm. Cut out suitable discs (depending on your choice), then place them in the baking tray. It is stamped with the supplied stamp or it is pricked with a fork, depending on the tool you have. If you don’t want to stamp them anymore, spread the thinner layer of dough.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 10-15 minutes. Remove and leave to cool in the pan, then transfer to a kitchen grill.
If you like the more intense taste of coffee, you can supplement the amount.
From the amount of sugar used, the biscuits come out quite sweet, thanks to the nutella cream. If you want to give it up, you may want to supplement the amount of sugar with another 20-30 gr, depending on the taste of each. I don’t like sweets very much.
