Ingredients:

  • 300 gr natural yogurt
  • 50 ml of sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Filling:
  • 400 g of cottage cheese
  • 250 gr goat’s milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3-4 lg yogurt / cream

Method of preparation:

Should be stored at room temperature, not used directly from the refrigerator.

Put the fresh yeast in a bowl with a teaspoon of sugar and a little warm water to activate.
Separately, in a clean bowl, sift the flour with the salt. Make a place and add the mayonnaise, mix gently, then add the eggs, the yolk. Mix first with a wooden spoon, then knead by hand, adding a little oil at the end, until you get a non-sticky dough.
Note: the more you knead, the more flour it will require, but my recommendation is to knead only until smooth.
Leave in the bowl, cover with a clean towel and place the dish in a warm place, away from cold air.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese filling.
In a bowl, crush the cottage cheese. Telemeau (usually a dry cheese) is finely grated and placed over the cottage cheese. Mix the two cheeses to distribute evenly, then add the yolk or cream. Match the taste with salt. I put very little. Add the eggs and mix the composition very well. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

You can form croissants, snails, pies, as you like. I made it in the form of snails. It’s the fastest way.
The worktop is floured. Remove the dough and knead a little more, then divide into two equal portions. Each stretches in an equal layer. Spread half the amount of cheese evenly, roll the dough tightly, then cut into small portions. Do the same with the other portion of dough. You can also prepare with sweet cheese. That’s how I prepared it, half with salted cheese and half with sweet cheese.
Place each in a baking tray. Allow to rise for another 10 minutes, while the oven preheats. Ideally, bake with a steam bath in the oven. The dough does not come out dry at all.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C, with ventilation, for 25-30 minutes.
Remove, quickly grease with hot water and cover with a clean towel.
They can also be served hot, but not hot. They can affect both your tooth enamel and your tongue, but also your stomach.
