My dwarfs are big fans of a good homemade burger. It may not be as fragrant as the one in the store, but it is certainly fresher than the one made at home.
You need few but fresh ingredients, a good grill and 30 minutes to prepare it.
Tell you what, I made it on my favorite Regis Stone grill ? The Regis Stone grill, with a diagonal of 28 cm and specific grooves, is specially designed to be able to cook juicy steaks and vegetables, in a healthy style.
The advantages of this grill are the spacious space, I fried 4 servings at once, and the appearance of hot stone, so the burgers penetrated very well. Except for the juice left by the meat, I mean I didn’t use a drop of oil or liquid base.
I also had a helper who did the job in two strokes and three movements, and that, in my place. I’m talking here about Stufz , the smart and practical device that evenly slices burgers, and even more, you can prepare with it, stuffed burgers. I tell you I’m already on the to-do list :)))
From the Regis Stone range, I used all the products, so I give them great credit, being even quality products, they are easy to clean, but especially they are durable. In fact, we prepared many goodies in them, such as Peasant Potatoes or the delicious Paella or the wonderful homemade Easter with mushrooms .
This time, I combined burgers with fresh vegetables, and my dwarfs eagerly enjoyed a generous portion!
Preparation time: 15 min Servings: 4
- 500 gr minced meat mixture
- spices for burgers
- sliced cheese
- bell pepper
- burger buns
Grease the hamburger maker with a little oil, then slice the meat. With the help of the hamburger press, Stufz , we obtained 4 equal and perfectly round portions, in two strokes and three movements. Great job, I’m telling you honestly.
Wash the vegetables, clean and slice. The buns are kept in a warm place.
Heat the grill, leave for a few seconds, then place the burger portions, let it simmer for a few seconds, then reduce the heat, and leave for 2-3 minutes, then turn to the other side.
I used pork mixture with beef, so a little fat came out of them. They penetrated very well and came out juicy.
Cut the buns, grease with yogurt sauce with garlic or mustard or homemade ketchup, place a slice of burger, place a few slices of cheese, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, as desired and cover with a lid of bun. Press lightly and leave for a few seconds before consuming them.
They came out great, very juicy and tender. My dwarfs fought on the bellies of how good they were!
May it be of use to you too!
