- 150 gr of dried homemade pasta
- 250 gr canned tomatoes
- 150 ml water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 gr bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- dried basil
- ground black pepper
- 100 gr baby spinach
- parmesan for serving
Method of preparation:
Put the tomatoes in the Crock-Pot bowl.
Put the olive oil in a pan and brown the diced bacon. When the bacon is browned, put the finely chopped garlic.
Place the lid of the device and turn on High for 2 hours.
Add hot water, salt, pepper, basil and pasta.
Boil for 15 minutes, then add the spinach and mix well.
Leave for another 5 minutes.
Serve the pasta immediately with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
